Italian Pizza Sourdough UK. Authentic Chilled Neapolitan Pizza Sourdough balls (8 x 240g)
Used the sourdough balls for the first time last night with my Ooni oven. I've been making pizza for years, through the usual stages of buying complete pizza, then the base then making my own dough then using dough balls and as my wife put it last night "that was the best pizza you have ever made". I gave each ball a rapid pre-shape before leaving them for much of the day covered on the kitchen top when they doubled in size, shaped them into roundish shapes and was impressed by how springy the soudough was then into the oven for 90 seconds and perfection to my eyes and tastebuds. Also very good value and the simplest of ingredients, flour, water, salt and olive oil.
Delivery is quick, dough is unreal. Great price, too. The only place I'll order from. 10/10
