
Ham and Mushroom with a twist

Sometimes we feel like eating something with a particular character. That’s why, to make our twist on a classic, we’ve swapped the traditional toppings with their “enhanced” version - smoked ham and chestnut mushrooms on a tomato and mozzarella base.
Ingredients
Makes 1 x 12" pizza
- 280g Classic pizza dough ball
- 4 tbsp Classic tomato pizza sauce
- 45g chestnut mushroom, sliced
- 45g smoked ham, cut in strips
- 100g mozzarella, torn into pieces
Method
- Prepare your pizza dough ahead of time. Follow our Classic Pizza Dough recipe to get the perfect pizza base.
- Fire up your Outi pizza oven and aim for 480˚C; it should take about 20 minutes.
- Stretch the pizza dough ball out into a 12" base and add our Classic tomato pizza sauce to enhance the flavours of the other ingredients.
- Top with smoked ham, chestnut mushrooms and mozzarella.
- Using a small amount of flour, dust your Outi pizza peel, place the pizza in your Outi oven, and rotate it regularly.
- Once it's baked, take it out of the oven. Serve immediately and enjoy!
