I bought these because I could buy 15 instead of 25 from my usual supplier.
I wish I hadn't.
They were in poor condition.
I cook pizza for the family for Christmas day tea.
Many of the doughs were unworkable.
They had lost elasticity despite me buying them close to the event.
They were stale, those that could be worked were uneven, difficult to use and reacted unpredictability in the oven.
I don't know why this was the case, I kept them in exactly the same way that I store and prepare my usual brand.
Massively disappointed.
Very happy with dough but disappointed it wasn’t individually wrapped as every other doughs I have had bought other the last couple of years
