When the dough balls arrived they were pretty much as one lump. Once re-frozen it proved very tricky and messy to separate them again. Eventually I had to totally defrost, bag them separately and re-freeze; far from ideal
I am giving this dough one star not because the dough is bad or difficult to work with, but because of the method of how it is delivered.
I ordered and received 60 balls of dough. However, it wasn't 60 perfectly portioned balls of dough that turned up. It was two bags of defrosted and bonded together massive blobs of dough. Leaving me with two giant bags of dough that needed reworking to be re-frozen. As any pizza maker will know, having to re-work dough to re-freeze and later use is a big no no. So when used a few days later, the pizzas were not to standard.
Id recommend ordering if using the same day of delivery, but there is no knowing if you are still going to just receive a mass of dough like i did or the actual 60 frozen portions as advertised.
Id recommend the company look for a different delivery method or better packing.
