First ordered on the 8th March. It claims on the website 1-2 working days for delivery I finally received the order just shy of a month later, this was after I chased it up through several ignored emails, a live chat that isn't live, the social media page and the postal tracking link. I did receive an email from the owner explaining he'd been away and emails weren't being monitored ect and was offered a discount on further purchases this I thought was great and accepted that things can happen however when I gave the oven to my mum as it was purchased as a gift she opened it to find rust on the door! So I emailed again (twice now!) with yet again no response after a few days. I'm not saying it's a scam but I honestly wouldn't purchase from them if you value your sanity because the lack of communication you get is an absolute joke! And to then send a faulty product with no option or way to return is baffling to me. 100% one of the worst experiences I've had with a company
Excellent product, have used it many times in the past, and will continue to use it in the future.
I bought these because I could buy 15 instead of 25 from my usual supplier.
I wish I hadn't.
They were in poor condition.
I cook pizza for the family for Christmas day tea.
Many of the doughs were unworkable.
They had lost elasticity despite me buying them close to the event.
They were stale, those that could be worked were uneven, difficult to use and reacted unpredictability in the oven.
I don't know why this was the case, I kept them in exactly the same way that I store and prepare my usual brand.
Massively disappointed.
