Made using Italian 00 flour. Perfect suited to proper wood fired pizza ovens, the dough also tastes great when cooked in domestic ovens at 240°/250°C.

Ooni pizza dough balls?

We know that our frozen pizza doughballs aren't as well known as the Ooni pizza dough balls and we don't have that kind of massive brand status. We'll quite happily admit that Ooni make great doughballs and we have no complaints with them. But then, so long as any pizza doughball is made in the properly and with love and excellent ingredients, then you can't go too wrong.

But if you're not a daily pizza maniac and just want an on-hand supply of pizza dough ready to defrost, then you won't beat the Outi Pizza dough balls for convenience and outstanding 10/10 flavour.

How to prepare your dough balls for pizza

Store them in the fridge once you receive them and take them out before use. Provided the room temperature is around 20°C, a couple of hours are enough. Increase the timing if the room temperature is lower. 

However, you kow that a slow rise is always best: two days in the fridge will give you the best flavour imaginable as the yeast will have had the time to develop the flavour proper dough is known for. If the dough balls seem to be too fragile and difficult to handle, just re-ball them one by one before use. Then again, 2-4 hours at room temp for the final rise and they will be ready.
