Only place i buy my dough from. Even when the last batch was delivered during a mini heat- wave and was more defrosted than normal, it was actually nicer when cooked and easier to stretch than any purchase before. 10/10 from me!
Bought chilled frozen supplied dough was not the best
As outlined in my previous emails to the company, the dough I received was out of date by 3 weeks when delivered. A company rep apologised ( after some time) and promised to send out replacements… obviously never arrived and no response to my further email.
Significantly cheaper than ooni and the dough worked great in my pizza oven. they arrived quickly and were packaged nicely in a cooler type bag. very happy with Outi.
I placed an order for some doughballs and was not presented with any delivery cost until I press the Apple Pay button. I emailed on three separate occasions using a variety of email addresses to cancel the order. All of them were ignored and the delivery arrived anyway left on my doorstep. If you want anything vaguely approaching a decent review, then sort out your communications and your customer service.
