Prosciutto, made only from the hind legs of pigs, dry-cured, thinly sliced. Its typical sweet & salty taste is well known and loved.

Coppa, often called Capocollo, tastes stronger than prosciutto and it's fattier. Great as an appetizer, it should be on any charcuterie board.  

Salame Milano, the familiar cured sausage, produced according to the authentic Milanese recipe, that requires longer curing.
