Our website is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

In the event of a particular color or variation not being available, we will make every attempt to find a suitable alternative. Please note that many Outi carry different colors/graphics depending on size.

In addition to the price, you may be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods.

We set the same initial prices across all Outi adverts online. However, over time prices may vary due to special offers and promotions being run. From time to time we may alter the pricing online so that the prices are lower than in the current catalog, adverts, or in-store. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same pricing in this instance in the store and over the phone.

**PRODUCTS OR SERVICES**

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

**WE RESERVE THE RIGHT**

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

**MAKING A PURCHASE**

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, or use Quick search to find what you need and add ('add to cart') any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Cart' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch, Solo, PayPal, Delta, Visa Electron, and American Express. We do not see or hold your payment card details, this is all handled by our secure payment service provider.

Please ensure someone will be at your stated delivery address, Monday to Friday, between 9 am - 6 pm, otherwise, the parcel company will put a delivery card through your door. They will only make two delivery attempts, after which your parcel will be returned to us, and we will have to charge you a second delivery cost.

A confirmation of order will be sent to you via email, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently underpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All credit and debit card transactions must be authorized by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to us or if validation of your card is not immediately available, Outi will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order.

Outi reserves the right to:

Conduct our own inquiries into the validity of any credit or debit card and/or to use the services of any agent in so doing.
Restrict delivery to the cardholder’s address.
Decline any transaction or sale for any reason whatsoever without declaring the reasons for such action.
Delay shipments until satisfied as to the authenticity of any payment via whatever means.
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Outi until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

**CANCELLING YOUR ORDER**

If you need to cancel your order before it's been sent out, please email us on sales@outipizza.com before 12.00 pm on the day you order, or if you order after 6 pm, call us before 12 pm the following day.

If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrived you are entitled to return the goods for a refund or replacement. Please see our Returns policy for further info.

**TAX CHARGES**

We are not a VAT registered company.

**ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION**

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

OUTI DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE USER’S USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR DEFECT-FREE OR THAT THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WILL MEET USER’S REQUIREMENTS.
