Spianata salami 500g

Spianata comes from Calabria, the toe of the boot.

The name comes from its shape and it means "flat". Being made of pork meat mixed with lots of chili peppers (always from Calabria of course), spianata is definitely not for the faint hearted. The bold colour gives you a clear warning of how fiery this salami can be.
