Often called "The King of cheeses", Parmigiano Reggiano is one of the oldest, if not THE oldest italian cheeses. Its roots date back to middle age and its unique taste made its way up to modern times. In fact, in 1996, it was awarded the DOP seal by the UE.

Parmigiano is lactose free but rich in vitamins, minerals and calcium.

We sourced a 24 months aged Parmigiano to bring you a nice, nutty fragrance, together with a strong character - and taste of course.

Pair it with fresh fruits or honey, on roast beef or soups. We won't even mention pizza!
