Your home made pizza dough topped with a simple sauce made from San Marzano tomatoes and some great quality fresh mozzarella is enough to make the best Margherita pizza! • 2 x 1kg bags Caputo pizzeria 00 flour
• 1 x 100g Caputo dried yeast
• 2 x 400g tins Sammy Pomodoro San Marzano tomatoes
• 4 x 125g Sorrentina  mozarella
• 1 x 1L bottle Ranieri Extra Virgin Olive Oil
