Pecorino Romano DOP "Bronzetto" traces its origins back to Roman Empire ages, its personality is preserved and protected by the DOP seal.

"Pecorino" means "made from sheep's milk". It's a hard, cooked cheese, light ivory-coloured compact paste, quite savoury and rather tangy.
