This salame owns its name to the small town of Felino, in Italy. Delicate and flavoursome with a softness on the palate, it's roduced using a traditional method with a curing time of 30 to 90 days.

Awarded with the IGP seal - Indicazione Geografica Protetta, that means "Protected Geographical Indication".
