Slices of air-dried beef hip's tip, traditionally cured, Bresaola is delicate but with a great character. Perfect for a light meal, pair it with rocket and Parmigiano-Reggiano shavings. Drizzle a little bit of our balsamic vinegar to add some extra kick.
