"Coppa" is made from the muscle of the pig's neck, dry aged for 3-6 months. Like most cured meats, it pairs nicely with cheeses. Try it with our Scamorza and you'll be rewarded by an explosion of spices and creaminess.

This kit contains;

  • 2 x 1kg bags Caputo pizzeria flour
  • 1 x 100g Caputo dried yeast
  • 2 x 400g tins Sammy Pomodoro San Marzano tomatoes
  • 4 x 125g Sorrentina  mozarella
  • 1 x 75cl bottle Ranieri extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x 120g Corte Buona Coppa 
  • 1 x 250g Scamorza bianca granarolo
