Outi Pizza Ingredient Kit: Veggie Lover

A mix of Tris di verdure grilled vegetables alone would make the perfect veggie pizza, but why not also add a splash of artichoke freshness? Use delicious sundried tomatoes instead of San Marzano and create your very own "pizza bianca". Or how about using Halloumi with its lovely, salty tang as an alternative to mozzarella? The kit contains;

• 2 x 1kg bags Caputo pizzeria flour
• 1 x 100g Caputo dried yeast
• 2 x 400g tins Sammy Pomodoro San Marzano tomatoes
• 4 x 125g Sorrentina mozarella
• 1 x 1L bottle Ranieri extra virgin olive oil
• 1 x 235g jar Sweety drop peppers
  
• 1 x 314ml jar Ristoris sundried tomatoes in oil
• 1 x 400g tin Ristoris artichoke hearts
• 1 x 250g Yamas halloumi
