Arrived on time, very well packaged. Froze the dough balls on arrival and have since done a slow defrost and the dough rose perfectly. I need a bit more practice at turning the dough into a pizza, but it tasted terrific.

Doesn't Cook Through
I've used home made dough and frozen Ooni dough, both to great success. This stuff doesn't Cook Through under the sauce no matter how long you cook it. Will be throwing it.

I had trouble with the delivery of the pizza dough I ordered, nothing to do with Outi and it was delivered to a neighbour. When I finally received the dough it had defrosted. An email to Outi for advise, they delivered new dough free of charge. And to top it off - it’s delicious, will definitely be ordering again (and will ensure neighbour doesn’t take delivery and hold onto it for 24 hours!)

After a few attempts making from scratch, with varying results...I found these online, more reasonably priced than a well known competitor. I left mine in the fridge for 24 hours after delivery. Stretched nicely when making, cooked well, and provided a lovely subtle flavour once cooked.
